You know what makes me angry? The financial aid office at UC Irvine. I honestly do not understand the people who work there. Aren’t they supposed to make the situation less confusing and answer all questions (no matter how stupid) they are regarding to financial aid. I go to the office more than any other place and each time I only get more confused. They never answer my questions and or direct me to a place where I can get my question answered.
Just the thought of it makes me so angry and I start pounding on my laptop. Now I know that’s no way to solve any problems but I can’t stand to hold it in (it’s not good for you). Like the act of filling out FASFA wasn’t bad enough. It’s worse than the SATs, finals and your pet getting run over by your best friend x 10 all together. You get how bad it is? Good. I’m so frustrated that I can’t get any sleep at night. I just want these forms and papers to go through so I have funding for my education. You know -that’s what financial aid is all about anyways.
And I still don’t understand why they keep asking me for forms I don’t have. What part of “I don’t have it, so I can’t give it to you” don’t they understand? What do you want me to do? Magically make the information up?! Honestly, I thought these people were supposed to be competent.
