My birthday is just around the corner and as tradition, I always splurge on something designer. I’m torn this year because there are actually quite a few items I want. My budget this year is $700. I got a Burberry Chester last year. Too bad it was a complete disaster! It fell apart after two weeks so I took it back to the store and exchanged it for a Longchamp Le Pliage instead. To this day, I still love that bag! It’s my everyday-go-to bag. But I’m sick of black bags and I really want a change. Handbags are my guilty pleasures!

So I thought about how I really would like a bag I can go-to for everyday but not black! I want something that matches with everything and holds a good amount of items. I’m like Marry Poppins, I carry the kitchen sink around the city. Should I make a statement and splurge on the Louis Vuitton Neverfull MM in Damier … or get a Gucci french flap wallet in beige and the Marc by Marc Jacobs Totally Turnlock Benny in Cream?

I really need a new wallet since my current wallet is scratched and falling apart on the inside. I had my Guess leather wallet for around 3 years now, it’s due time for a new one. I think the wallet + purse cream combo are totally cute. I’m not sure if I’m a fan of Louis Vuitton yet. I always had the predeception that LV is for older women with children… maybe because from the town I’m in everyone and their mother’s have one. Maybe.

I’m not sure which one I’m leaning towards more. I’m currently at 50/50. It’s great to have a new wallet AND a purse. I’m not totally in love with the Marc Jacobs though, but I do want that Gucci wallet pretty bad… Perhaps, a new pair of shades. My Dior are getting pretty old. …Yeah I’m a label whore, shut up! (:
