Remember how I blogged about how hauled in an amazing pair of Dolce Vita on sale the other day for only $29.99 when they are retailed for $129.99? Well I was going to reveal them this weekend but the thing is… my package got stolen. I ordered over $150 worth of products to get free shipping and then now, I have nothing. My package was delivered and when I went to get it when I got off work it wasn’t there. I called the leasing office and my neighbors in case they delivered it there, nothing. I checked behind the staircase, the bushes, everywhere and anywhere. Nothing. I am rather disappointed. I’m pretty sure that Urban Outfitters will just resend the same package free of cost because they have great customer service but the thing is, those shoes are not out of stock. They can’t even send them to me even if they want to… The only time I’m will the splurge of a good buy and then this happens. I’m very sad.

But anyways, here are what they were supposed to look like.

Aren’t they the perfect summer wedges? But now I won’t have them. I am so heartbroken.

Quick Treat!

I finally received my grades for the previous quarter and decided I deserved a quick treat! I set out to buy a piece or two of new summer clothes since my whole wardrobe consists of darks and neutrals but I ended up just buying one thing…a sweater (in the summer, I know!) and used my Sephora giftcardl.

Abercrombie & Fitch’s Ashley – ~~$68~~ $29.94
This is usually not my style since it has all these ruffles and it’s a scoop neck but I was feeling a little feminine. And again, this would be in a neutral grey. A&F is currently doing their additional 40% off all red line tags. I’m actually headed to their site right now to look at their other stuff as well.

Benefit Cosmetics Feelin’ Cheeky! Minis – $15
I had a giftcard to Sephora so I picked this up. It’s a travel-size set of Benefit’s Benetint, Posietint, and High Beam. I’m not sure how much I liked these at the moment. I might end up using them as lip stains than cheek stains. It’s not showing up enough for my liking. It smells good though!

Clinique Dramatically Different Moisturizing Lotion – $13
Just picked up another one because the one I had was running out. My go-to lotion. Must have for anyone that needs moisturizing…which is everyone!

I still have around $20 left of my giftcard, I am on a hunt to see what I want next. But until then, I will save it. Be on a look out for a post on my nail polish haul soon. I’m missing my camera therefore I cannot be taking photos. But just know, I just got around 10 new colors and I am so excited to be sharing that with everyone!

I am finally knocking another item off my wishlist from Christmas. I got UGGs Classic this Christmas for myself instead of the Bailey Buttons from the wishlist but that’s okay because I still am in love with my UGGs. My friend was doing an order from Coastal Scent and I just couldn’t resist the free shipping we would get for combine orders. I have heard nothing but good things about the 88 Warm Palette. I would most likely use every single color in the palette and it’s only $24.95 for 88 colors! They have both shimmer and matte. What more can a girl ask for? I wish they had more plum colors but the amount of browns will be good enough. They also have gold, silver and different shades of black. I am way more excited about eyeshadow than I really should.

How can you say no?

Makeup is seriously breaking my wallet but I cannot resist. Will be doing a Sephora and Sasa order soon as well. Ahh! What is a girl to do?

WDYWT: Monday Night Meetings

Winter Quarter has officially started. And that means one thing, Monday Night Meetings are back! I am so excited for these. While most people sigh and get all annoyed about these mandatory meetings my sorority have, I personally like them. It just that it’s Monday, and most people are still getting over their weekend therefore most people just drag themselves to go. But I think that it’s ritual and that it’s special. Anyways, here’s my outfit & look of the night! Excuse the sorority squat on the left since I was all in my sorority mood, it is what I do second best after all – the first? Oh you know, that arm thang.

Pumps: Mossimo from Target!
Headband: Forever 21

I know, I am so bad. I went on a shopping spree at Nordstroms and these are two of the items I got. I just had to pair them up after my friend gave me the idea to. It was such a nice, classy but fun outfit to wear. The sleeves are so fun but I found a snag in it so I going to go back and exchange it. Such a nice LBD you cannot do without! I got tons of compliment that night but not only for my outfit but also my makeup.

The weather was getting a bit dark and cold but that never stops me from having a good day, a good shopping day that is. I spend the afternoon at The Block in Orange and then for dinner at House Of Shabu Shabu, all you can eat hot pot and sushi restaurant. I had such a fabulous day and don’t recall the last time I had this much fun. I promised my friend that the first time I wear my UGGs would be with him since he’s the reason why I have them anyways and I would wear them to eat hot pot only because that means it’s finally cold enough.

Boo! I love that Guess? shirt but too bad I don’t have a picture of the back. There’s no back to that shirt and it actually ties at the neck like a halter but with sleeve. I don’t know how to explain it, maybe next time I wear it I’ll take a photo of the back. But I hate leaning onto walls and such without a jacket on because it’s always such a cold surprise for me! I am too silly.

My hair is getting ridiculously long! The color of it is ever changing as well. I dyed it Mocha Orange the a week ago but it is finally starting to show. Took it long enough! Will post about that experience later. And excuse the sorority squat pose. I am in the habit of it well, for forever.

This is my everyday face! Starting to get bored of it, any ideas? Some days if I’m feeling fancy I’ll put on some eyeshadow but most days, I am just not in the mood. Oh and I cannot stress enough, wear moisturizer! Your face will thank you later.

I try to never pull my hair all the way back. I don’t like the way my forehead looks but my bangs were just being out of control and I needed a quick fix. I love my bow headband. It makes me feel like I just walked out of the set of Gossip Girl. A boy once asked me if my bow headband was holding my up halo. Cheesy, I know. But it definitely made me giggle because it was somewhat cute.

Nom nom nom! Oops we finished our first plate of sushi already when I took this photo! I just couldn’t wait! I highly recommend this place, House of Shabu Shabu.
